We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or deemed to be undrinkable. Please return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to wine@warginwines.com or call 831.708.9463 to make arrangements for return. We will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling (if applicable).

All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We will arrange for shipment on behalf of the buyer, to an address specified by the buyer, provided that in our sole discretion we believe that such shipment will not subject us to the risk of any sort of legal action or other harm.
Orders are processed within 48 business hours and shipped via FedEx or UPS Tuesday - Friday. Shipping fees include packaging. Orders shipped to California will take 1-3 business days. Orders shipped to all other states will take 3-7 business days. Out of state shipping - needs to be processed through our partnership with Vino Shipper. |
