We decided to go nautical themed with our white wines after trying some circus themes. Our designer proposed the mermaid for the Pinot Gris - which is a frequent image used on Pinot Gris / Grigio and the rest is history. We wanted her a littler darker and mysterious to our other characters. Given that we are in the beautiful California Central Coast - our nautical themed white wines are our own little tribute.
